Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.

The period of time is 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
